Parking is terrible. And if you pay for the reserved parking spaces, other people just take it anyway - management doesn't care.
The new manager got rid of the courtesy officer, so there's nothing to do about illegal parking and the noisy college kids who party all night.
The rent keeps going up and the "service" keeps going down. After several years here, it's time to get out and leave the place to the rowdy college kids who have started to infest it.
