I thought the Harbor was nice when I lived there, but I agree that it was a bit expensive. I had no complaints about the place really, until I moved out and now they are trying to charge me for replacing the carpet. I was told when I moved in that they replace all carpets before new tenants move in, plus there was nothing wrong with my carpet! They are just trying to take advantage of me because I moved out of state. Anyway, I wouldn't move here unless you are some sort of super human who does not generate any ounce of wear and tear because they will charge you for it.
