I have lived on this property for 2 years and I think its a great property to live on. The only problem is there are alot of Full Sail students who come from out of state and lose their minds when they are away from mommy and daddy who pay everything for them. All they do is party! They sit on the beach at all hours of the night screaming and yelling and the top of their lungs with no regard for other people who have to work the next day! They trash the place and then expect it to look great. The maintenance staff seems to work very hard to get things done, but with so many stupid people who call for the stupidest requests which they could probably do themselves if they had half a brain, maybe they wouldn't fall behind. Parking is bad because you have all these students 20 to a 3/2 apt. taking up all the spaces as well as all their little friends. So when people who actually live here come home some jackass is parked in your spot which your paying for. The gates and jacuzzi are always broken because of all the dumbass kids who run all over the neighborhood vandalizing everything! It seems that they have no parental supervision at all. Their parents have no clue what the hell their up to. Over all the place would be great if it wasn't for all the freaking Full Sail students, they should have dorms or student housing like UCF. All these damn kids are ruining all the communities in the area!!!
