The Worst place I have ever lived

My roommate and I moved in last may. Seemed nice at first. The parking is ridiculous, even if you pay the $30 for the covered space, someone else will park there and the office will do NOTHING about it. We pay 1130 a month for a two bedroom. The maintenance guys write ghost repair orders to come into your apartment, the air conditioner freezes up every time i lower it below 77 degrees, and to top it all off, my roommates motorcycle was stolen right out front of our apartment. I drive a 32000 dollar car, and I have car thiefs scoping out my car watching my habits, getting to know my schedule for the last few days and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm going to try and break my lease 5 months early that's how bad this place is. The maintenance guys toss a tennis ball around all day by their shack, they "drift" the golf carts around, and the Gates are always broken. They are never fixed. Either the back one is open, or 1 of 2 fronts gates is open, or they're all open. Apparently getting a gate fixed is too difficult for this property. By the way, THIS IS THE 2ND HIGHEST STOLEN VEHICLE AREA IN ALL OF SEMINOLE COUNTY. Casselberry PD has to patrol at night to make an appearance of safety. The apartments suck, the people who work here suck, the residents are all full-sail losers who stay up all night and practice in their bands. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

Not everyone who goes to Full Sail is a loser you douche. Were quiet and peacefull, I work hard at school, and mommy and daddy doesn't pay for everything. I agree however, many of them are infact losers who sleep through class and their parents pay for it all. Well, they never make it and do nothing. Those at the top of the class have great jobs. Just a little insight for you.

I agree, I go to Full Sail University and will be attending the University of Michigan Law school next august. Don't move into a collegiate area if you are past that stage in your life. Although I agree this place does put up a front before you sign your lease, it is by far the best of the college apartments. Some advice, don't move into another apartment in a collegiate area and expect the situation to be any better.
