Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
1. Rims were stolen and the front office's response was "Oh man..that sucks...well we won't take people on THIS side of the complex on tours! haha" Yea really funny
2. Neighbor had car broken into
3. Everything BREAKS (cabinets, dishwasher, etc.)
4. SERIOUS mold problem...I've been sick for the past few months due to the serious mold infestation
