not as nice as it looks

apartments are ok, but extremely over priced and the complex screws you out of as much money as possible for things that are not worth it. I have lived here for over a year and resigned my lease only cuz i was unable to move since there were no other apartments avaliable. A majority of the residents are young kids that are loud, disrepectful, and down right rude. It is loud at all hours of the night with kids racing thier cars and speaking thier tires in the parking lots. There is no parking and if you do get a covered spot it is was to expensive ($35), and not monitored very well so you may come home and have someone in your spot and there isn't anything you can do about it.
The maintinace guys are very nice and they usually get things fixed in a normal amount of time, but then again the problem is that you have to call them to fix things to often. Also the lawn people come 3 times a week at 8am, so if you like to sleep past 8am, good luck with that. I invested in ear-plugs.
Unless you are a young kid and don't mind felling like your are living in a dorm i wouldn't reccomend this place
