We have lived here for 2 years and are excited to get out and here and this is why. It seemed nice at the showing but it was just a show!
1. If you live on the first floor expect to hear your neighbors everymove to the bathroom, kitchen etc. Walls are SO thin. i even hear people having sex.
2. Overpriced for what you get. (pool is nice, but bug invested over the summer with random squaters drinking and smoking)
3. Car got stolen and ours was the 3rd or so to get stolen and office did not care
4. Gates are never closed and if they are they will not open (very interesting know)
5. Lawn maintenance is done at least 3 times a week early in the morning and that doesnt count the regular maintenace guys blowing the concrete for leaves
6. The mosquitos are crazy in the summer. They are the ones that die overnight or something and are left in front of your door and come inside. disgusting.
7. Too many fullsail kids that are party animals and come home late after class screaming and yelling and playing awful music ( i even went to fullsail)
8. Our bathroom tub cocking has been replaced a couple times because it desenegrates and gets moldy (we are very clean people)
9. I am a female and my hair clogs the drain every couple of showers. Never had this problem anywhere else
10. You have to pay monthly to have pets on top of the pet deposit

I have to agree about the tub caulking it was a joke the moment we moved it, my 2 year old could have done a better job! And the walls being thin you are better off in a cardboard box!
