The grounds are really nice because there are so many trees- it makes it feel more secure and it keeps it cooler.
Maintenance is good, the usually come pretty fast and I've never had a problem with them.
I live in a 2/2, upstairs with a raised ceiling. Luckily, I'm in the quieter part of the complex I've been told, which is really nice. I do sometimes hear loud bass of cars that drive by or sit around in the parking lot. My neighbors are usually really quiet, which is nice. I came from the UCF area so I'm used to a lot of BS.
It feels really safe here, I've never been worried about that. My room seems really dark a lot because it just has one tiny window, so it makes me need more lighting than usual. My bathroom is amazing- very large and nice. The lighting in there is also awesome. The rooms and closets here are a really nice size, and so are the nice screened porches. I wouldn't be leaving, but I don't want to live with my roommates anymore.
