Great!

This apartment has been great. The only problems that we have really had are parking. And it's not that bad you might have to walk a little bit, but you can usually find a space in front of you building. Also, this apartment is really popular, for the 3b/2b so the maximum amount of cars are here. Each place is filled. Yes there are Full Sail students. Not all of them are crazy with loud music. They might be like that for a month or two, but when the hard classes start there isn't time to "party" (I go to Full Sail). I here people's doors closing every once in a while when they let them slam shut.
You can't really complain about the gardeners and lawn people, they come two days in a row every two weeks. Geez, freak out if they keep our sidewalks clean.
As far as the security gates go, it's just a bad idea all around. I don't care who you ask, if they live in a "gated community" their gates DON'T work. It's not just the Harbor, it's anywhere.
The staff has ALWAYS been polite and helpful, they ALWAYS take the time to listen to you and whatever problem you may have. Maintenance is timely and effective.
They have a nice trail that you can walk you dogs on and the pools and beach is great.
There are mosquitoes, but A) you like in Florida B) you live by a lake C) get over the mosquitoes.
I really don't understand why people have problem with this apartment. They just need something to complain about. This place is great, it's relaxing and a calm environment.
I recommend this place to: A) People with a steady income B) Roommates (I paid $360 a month w/ 2 roommates)
