I lived in an apt for a year. The front desk person (Sandi) is so sicking sweet to your face then turns the knife slowly when you leave. She asks you to "Tell" on your neighbors. She needs to know what everyone is doing wrong...She sends letters out contstanly complaing about little things...Anything to make living there harder. Everyday when you come home you do not know if there is going to be a letter on your door for a problem or not. She will not talk to you about issues..She pushed me out the door over a discrepncy on the account in my favor and slammed my pregnants daughter foot in the door. She is such a negative hateful horrible person. She comes in like royalty, like she owns the place and we are all servants to kiss her feet and what she commands. There are two aprtments that I know of that have black mold. Sandi syas that there is nothing that they can do about it but in the one apt. black mold was growing on the walls of the utility room, they evicted the tennants, wiped it down, and then re-rented it. The new tennants (elderly and handicapped) continued to get sick and had several hopsital visits due to the condition of the apt. but Sandi would not work with them She told the residents that "I have bent over backwards to help you, you don't care so just leave." This is what they like to call perfect customer service. I am sure a pit bull would be nicer when he bit then Sandi. The second apt. had black mold in the master bedroom. A mirror had been placed under the bed when the residents first moved in and upon moving out there was black mold on the back of the mirror and a big spot of mold in the carpet. Sandi was notified and told those residents "so, I can't do anything about it." Sandi sent out letters complaing of residents snowboarding and riding there bikes through out the roads in the complex. In the letter she stated that if a car hit anyone it would be their fault not the car owners. I guess Sandi became a lawyer. I am sure that the upper management would like to know that Sandi absolved all car owners from liabilty for there actions or should I saw non reaction to bike riders, also, when and where are snow boards used in Florida. Bob the Maintence man is wonderful. He is so helpful and nice, has a great dog also. Sandi treats him like a slave, Bob do this, Bob do that, you aren't fast enough, you are not good enough, you didn't do this right, you didn't do that right. I am sure that slaves got treated better than Bob. She is just downright hateful. The apt.'s are old, wood floors that colect moisture, the air system leaves something to be desired. Some apt. have leaks and a tarp is currently pulled over several of them and are being held down by bricks instead of having the roofs repaired. When you are looking for a place to live you can find somewhere better for teh price. Please do not be sucked in by teh two-faced person in the office. She does not have your best intrest at heart. All she wants is someone else to harrass. Don't let the price of the apt decive you. What is cheap comes out expensive....Also, don't look to get your deposit back...Sandi finds ways of keeping that too. Our apartment was cleaner than when we first moved in but I stil lost the money...Who can fight the queen...Or should I say the EVIL QUEEN...Run and find somewhere nicer....Looks can be deceiving
