I came to this site to write a review and saw this horrible review from a previous tenant. Shame on you for all the lies and leaving out all the facts. I have lived at Hidden Pines for over 7 years, so I can honestly tell you how it is here. For starters, Sandi our manager, is the sweetest most helpful person I know. If you are an inconsiderate resident that lets your dogs poop everywhere and then not clean it up, Sandi will leave you letter. If you go through the parking lot with your boom box turned up full volume, you will get a letter. Sandi wants the residents to report nuisances, so she can fix the problems. She really does care and that is why our little community is so nice, clean and peaceful. You will forget you live in an apartment because these dwellings feel more like homes. You have your own private entrance and a little yard too! The maintenance here is awesome! Bob, our maintenance man, works really fast to fix any problems you might have. He is genuinely a good person. Sandi and Bob make a great team. These apartments are not infested with black mold. I have not heard of anyone in this complex being hospitalized for mold in their apartment. That is quite a stretch of the imagination for the ex-tenant who wrote the bad review. Anyway, if you are looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable place to live, this is the place for you. Stop by and take a look for yourself. You won't see piles of dog poop everywhere because the lady with the dogs moved out and left a bad review.

that's what I thought when I read the person with 2 DOGS said people complained about dog poop. My eperience tells me that most dog owners with multiple dogs, have little to no consideration for others with regards to leaving their dog ---- around, lol
