Great service, if stuff is broken it's fixed the next day. The pool they show on tours is very nice and well maintained, the other pool is small and not as clean. The front gates always work, but the back ones are routinely broken. I like how the entire area is wooded, it is very unFlorida apartment like in that regard and in my opinion unique. Great location, as it only takes 8-12 minutes to get to Rollins (depending on traffic), 8 minutes to downtown Winter Park, 20 minutes to downtown Orlando, 30 minutes to MCO, and a short drive to UCF as well.
