Good place to live, but might be getting worse.

I have lived here for 19 months and preparing to move to altamonte springs because of them consistantly raising the rent every time without working with me on the price.
Yes every wednesday they are really loud blowing leaves off the sidewalks or whatever.
I had new neighbors move in next door and they are a bunch of LOUD college type people. Very noisy, yelling, etc...
Maitenence is great, I personally know most of them, and they are very friendly. Office is professional, but likes to hide behind policies so they won't work with you.
Overall the place is good, great location, but it might be going downhill as far as the tenents.. I hope it doesn't turn into a college type place because that is what I am trying to get away from.
