When I moved here one year ago this month, I loved the location, the beautiful trees, the quiet surroundings. Now that I have lived here for some ime, the only thing that I like about it are the beautiful trees. After living here for 7 months we recieve a nice notice on our door telling us that they are going to be starting construction in January. I like to tell you that they never mentioned anything about this when we leased with them or we would have never leased. When they started the construction, it was noisy and a major inconvience for everyone. The apartment managers seem to not even care and will only refer you to the construction liason. The funny part of all of this construction is that I couldn't fiqure out why my master bath and second bath electrical outlets weren't working. I fliped the breaker for the two bathrooms and nothing worked. I had a maintence man come in and he told me that I needed hit the reset button. He also told me that the bathrooms and patio are all connected. (a bit of info for the next portion of story.) About 4 days later I go to look out my patio window to see if it was raining and notice that TWO cords are connected to MY patio outlet and they happened to be for a compressor. I was now paying for the construction. I then go to blow dry my hair and realize that my outlets don't work. I go to hit the reset button and nothing works. I then flip the circuit breaker and go to do my hair when I realize that the compressor is now on. Now I am really angery. Not only are they using MY electricity, but they are preventing me from going through my daily schedule. The office handled this in their usually unprofessional manner. They referred me to Don the liason and didn't even offer an apology. Don't move here until the construction is over.

The same thing happened to me when the construction was going on. They kept pluggin their machines into my outlets, i got sick of it and considering the workers dont look like they speak a whimper of english, i just went to my circuit breaker and shut down ALL of my power which took care of the outside porch plug that the construction people were using, i just flipped it all off and peeped through the window for the show, it was pretty funny watching the workers shake their heads. Also it was real cool when they shattered my kids rooms window one day. And just put some tape over it to cover it up and never notified anyone.
