Anyone who keeps writing that this is a GREAT place and LIKES TO USE CAPs definitely works for TCRS...

The management team here aren't too bright, but they are smart enough to monitor this website. So, if the review is really positive and they gave 5 stars across the board, you know it's the guys in the front office with nothing beter to do during the day.

I've lived here for two years (way too long), and have one of the nicest apartments close to the clubhouse. I've lived through the good times (before construction) and the crappy times (after the hurricanes)... I'm just glad to finally be moving out. Stay off of the grass. You have a 99.9% chance of stepping on pet poop. Complex needs designated poop areas for pets with signs, a plastic bag dispenser and trash can. Residence are lazy to pick up their own pets poop. There should be a neighboorhood pet poop watch. Stock up on flash lights and candles when you move in because electricty goes out during thunderstorms. As far as hurricanes, be prepared to be with out electricity for four days. This complex is the last to get electricty during hurricane season.
