I stayed here for around 2 years due to work and money situation. They raised the rent 4 times in that time and all that during a horriable construction time. During this time many apartments were damaged, parkign very limited and at times dangerous, and even pets were killed. Plus they had to be threatened with calling immigration before they 'somewhat' cleaned up their construction crew problems. What they promised would take no more then 6 months took over a year and was still going on when I left. They gave only $400 as compensation for all the construction problems and then asked for a new rate increase to boot. Upon move out they nickle and dimed me for everything even after I put up with all the construction, 2 pipe bursts flooding my apt, and having 2 A/C replaced.

Would never recommend this place to anyone....even people I hated!
