I was in the Newport Colony apartments for a brief 3 months while house hunting but found it to be a pleasant experience. It is a clean, safe, quiet and friendly place to stay with a great staff. Now that I've purchased a home, I miss the nice pools, exercise room and access to the office machines (copier and fax). I would recommend this complex to anyone. I am in no way affliated with TCRS, Newport colony or anyone that works for/with either. I am a retirement age person.

LIAR, LIAR. lol so obvious this is also from the leasing staff. If you did your job & stopped surfing the net at work you might get someone to actually write a positive review.

Haha, right on SuzyQT Its so obvious thats its the leasing staff, especially from the 5 star rating on noise, there are lawnmowers, edgers, and leaf blowers going off EVERYDAY, with only a basic looking landscaping job to show for it.
