I've been here three years and have only one positive experinace with the leasing staff. Darla is a professional but the rest are shameful. The attitude in the office is one of "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE" We as residents are there to bother them not them there to help us. Very sweet & kind before you sign a lease but once you do their talons come out. Tammy looks like she is always mad at someone or something. Maybe if TCRS gets a new manager in here the "attitude" in the office will change.
After the renovation an outside wall collapsed & it took them THREE months to fix it. When I asked if the rest of the buildings were going to be inspected they looked at me like I was an alien. "The rest of the buildings are fine" did you inspect them to make sure I asked "No but they are fine" Kinda scary so I'm glad I don't have a side wall like the one that collapsed. That made up my mind about this place. Outside looks are deceiving. The inside of these buildings were built with 2x2's a bailing wire. Seriously beware.
