I've been living here for about 10 months and have really enjoyed it. I've never felt unsafe and it's incredibly peaceful (When they aren't mowing). It's hard to believe it's off 436. I also think the bathroom is bigger than your average 1 BR apartment bathroom. I have to admit that I think the rent is a tad bit too expensive (alright, a lot too expensive) but in the long run it's worth it to feel safe. I've had no problems with the management here. They announce far in advance if they will be entering apartments for bug spraying etc.

Cons..

-I can hear any time the neighbors upstairs use a sink.

-The bathroom would use a little updating but I've had no problems with the appliances.

-Rent is higher than I would like

-There is a lot of lawn maintenance etc going on during the day so if you work at night, this may annoy you.

-The gates don't seem to be on a schedule. They are open and shut at odd hours and sometimes they are tied open.

-The garbage can pile up in front sometimes but it's far from my apartment
