A home is happy place that people like to come to and relax. Unfortuantely that is not the case at Newport Colony. The women that run the office are extremely rude and they constantly are leaving threatening notices on the residnests doors for all sorts of reasons. For example notices were sent out to residens that the trash compactor was not working so to not leave your trash by the bin. Well the where else are going to leave your trash, by door outside of course. Well a day later we all recieved new notices stating that we would be fined $75 per bag left by your door. Well wouldn't you know those ladies fined us. This apartment complex will find anything to charge you with.
