I join the tenants who are upset about the garbage compactor.
For almost a year, garbage sat outside the broken compactor rotting in the sun and creating a nauseating odor..... also making an unpleasant first impression for people driving through the front gate ( a gate that never works.) Interiors of the apartments are old and dated. This makes it difficult to maintain. I feel like my apartment never looks clean. In addition, I have had the same experience with the unfriendly leasing staff. Very rude and unprofessional.
