We moved here after my husband picked this higher priced apt out of the ones viewed for its claim to be for families...more like for pet lovers only. The playground is on the smaller side and my children are bored after 10 minutes. they claimed to be building a small race track and getting peddle cars, only thing they did was make a small track on one side, two years later. my children can never play outside because all the dog stuff in the yards everywhere. They have pet areas, but no one uses them, they walk wherever...management does nothing. we complain, they act suprised and a month later send out a lettere to our building reminding them of the fine, they will never enforce. My children want to move away because they have no yard to play in. its sad concidering there is a large yard just outside our doors and to the side of our building, just cant use it. We complained the first day in about the overwelming dog crap odor near our front door...they said they will have the company that cleans it pay more attention to our area, there is no company, just the lawn care company that mowes over it!
