I have lived in this complex for a year, and I love it. I have a 2/2 unit and it has a wraparound porch, a fireplace, and closets everywhere! I have 6 windows in my unit, plus a slider and French door from the master onto the porch. Granted, it's an older complex and the cabinetry shows it, but as people on the old leases move out, the mgt renovates each unit, installing brand new washer, dryer and water heaters.

If you have a maintenance issue, they respond in 24 hours or you get a day's worth of rent for every day they don't respond off of your next month's rent. I find the maintenance staff very friendly, and most of the leasing staff as well.

I have a 6-yr old, and an added bonus (besides being zoned for Seminole County schools!) was the new playground they installed on one of the two tennis courts. The complex itself is beautiful with all the trees. The amenities include 2 pools (and a hot tub), a tennis court, sand volleyball, a quarter-mile path around a duck pond, and a dog run. They allow large pets and have a back parking lot area for boat (or whatever) storage, too. Parking is rarely a problem, at least near my building.

Having said all that, I know it isn't perfect. The security gates are constantly being broken, there are no recycling bins, and they DID have a non-working trash compactor for a very long period of time (fixed now). All of the buildings seem to be frame construction, and my floors are slightly uneven in parts. I agree with a previous posting that the painting leaves much to be desired. They are up to fire code (as far as I can tell) with sprinkler systems and smoke detectors.

Another testimonial lies a couple who lives near me---they have lived here about 10 years with no plans to move. All in all, I still love this place, and will stay here until work circumstances force me to move out of the area or until I buy a home.
