Oh my god..one neighbor loser was sleeping with another neighbor loser while her husband wasn't home. Cops were there frequently..sometimes 4-5 police cars at a time. Loud parties at night followed up by fighting. Some office staff were nice, but ... more

I've lived at Newport Colony now for over 4 years. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance is fast. Other than the trash dumpster being inadequate, I'm satisfied with my residence at Newport Colony.

We just moved here from Alabama and we absolutely love it! Staff is nice, maintenance is super fast, and grounds are beautiful! Would 100% recommend Newport Conlony to anyone!
