This place was nice at first. Very friendly neighbors, agents and maintenance people are super nice. Michelle is the nicest one down there, talk to her, not to Jennifer, she is rude and unkind. Parking is always troubled, there are not many spots. My fiances bike was stolen after being left out for half an hour, in a dark upstairs patio. After about 10 months there we were fed up. They started renting to lowlifes and scum. Loud bass boomboxes were heard untill 3 in the morning. Cars would drag race in the parking lot. It definitely turned ghetto. I would pay more and live elsewhere. Oh, and the pools never got cleaned, they said they cleaned them every morning at 8am, but no sign of it. The landscapers would sling rocks and debris all over your vehicles with their leaf blowers and laugh about it. Was nice at first, then turned really crappy.
