Since the new management took over this year, my husband and I can not wait to move. The property manager is a rude, nasty woman. And that's putting it nicely. The office staff don't know what they're doing, are not helpful, are rude, and unfriendly. The prices are not worth the square footage. Nothing gets fixed when asked, thank goodness my husband is handy. The staff was completely unaware of my lease with former management and tried to argue over details when they hadn't even looked at my lease. Overall I won't want my worst enemy to have to deal with these incompetent people.
