I'm stuck living here because I can't afford to move currently. However, there are ROACHES climbing up the walls. Managment refuses to thoroughly address the issue. The best control they use is NOT EFFECTIVE and needs to be changed. My roommate literally had a roach on her back this morning. They are all over the place, it is disgusting.

Keep in mind we no longer cook here AT ALL because they were climbing on our food while we were preparing it! We're exceptionally clean- the dishwasher is run every night and every other night with bleach. We don't leave ANYTHING in the sink and vacuum and clean regularly. I'm a prisoner in my own home and I don't want anyone else to feel like this.

Here are some pictures from behind the stove and refrigerator:

I highly recommend you STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other complexes in the same prices range and have better management.

Other issues: they charge a monthly fee for parking, the maintenance staff is rude, the office management is an airhead and incompetent.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I agree with you; this is disgusting. Everytime I go to the leasing office to complain, the first thing I hear is that they live there and have the same issue as well. I guess they're happy with livin with them, because I'm not. I wrote a review here as well to warn people to not lease here. I can't leave either because it's unaffordable at the moment, but I wish I could. There's an infestation issue that they're not acknowledging. Someone needs to contact the Seminole County health department. That, or all of us experiencing this same issue should pull together and make them do something. Their I pay too much money to be living with disgusting bugs.

Dear CommunityManagementTeam, Your response is a joke and a bit insulting. I've spoken with both AIMCO management and apartment management here and nothing has been done. I've also spoken with the exterminator, ART Pest control, and was told that what they were doing would not solve the roach problem. In fact, I was told that my best bet would be to poor bleach down the drains daily and that what he did would only kill a few, but would solve the problem. Sharon, do you know what it's like to have ROACHES crawling on your dishes? I doubt it. My goal is now to get the hell out of this -------- of an apartment and to warn as many people as possible that complex is a roach motel and that apartment management and AIMCO will not take care of the problem.

Dear CommunityManagementTeam, It's pretty pathetic that you make excuses for this roach infested hell hole. You can claim you are just doing your job, but you're defending slum lords that refuse to take a hard look at their pest control policies. Yes, you're right, ART Pest Control comes once a week if requested. However PER THE PEST CONTROL TECH HIMSELF what they do DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM! Read that a couple of times if your dense skull can't process it properly. I was told that they are merely suppressing the problem, but not addressing the cause. Therefore it will not get any better. CommunityManagementTeam, have you looked around the internet lately? There videos and images of roaches at Reflections Casselberry popping up EVERYWHERE. It's time you jerks take a serious look at the problem and figure out how you're going to solve it. I'll give you a hint, IT ISN'T GOING TO BE BY SENDING ART PEST CONTROL TO A COUPLE OF APARTMENTS ONCE A WEEK. You low-life scumbags have no problem jacking up rates and charging tons of extra fees, but when it comes time to actually do something useful, YOU SUCK. And before you say it, NO, I'm not calling you. This is a community wide issue and needs to be addressed as such.
