We just moved in a few weeks ago from the gorgeous (but over-priced) apartments next door. So far so good- we have a great big place (2b2b) for LESS than we were paying for a 1b1b next door. The view is nice, the apartments are clean and - perhaps remodelled since these previous comments. We have a great fireplace and plenty of space.
I will warn, however, that maintenance seems to be borderline retarded and practically burst through the door one night because a leak from the water faucet in the utility room had sprung up overnight, soaking our neighbor's roof below. We had called earlier that day to report a small leak, but got no response until the next day- AFTER they had come to fix it.
I'll comment again if my feelings change, but I give it an A for comfort/price/parking and a C for maintenance response. (big deposit due to bad credit)
