I have lived here for 1 year now and I love it. I have a beautiful lake view to the ducks and fountain. Maintenance overall has beed great and friendly. This so far was the best place in the area. There are a lot of students here, but hardly any noise expected from these kids. The courtesy officer has taken care of complaints fast if called. I have a good opinion so far from this place and the office people have been very nice to me and my family. Very professional and friendly.
