i last wrote the recommendation entitled "a lot better now".

well... i take it back. i'm sick and tired of the bulls#$% we've been going through... 2 weeks now without power (thank you lightening) in our building and no one can tell us a date!!!'' i never see anyone working on it .... give me a f$%*ing break!!!!!!!!! not to mention the reasons keep changing... i say:

BOYCOTT REFLECTIONS
i'll let you know if they get any worse.
