I was extremely unhappy at Refelctions, the staff were the most unprofessional people, I've ever come in contact with in my life, for all of you that live there now, just to warn you, the staff sends out the late rent eviction notices, before they check the night drop box. I recieved 4, late rent eviction notices in the span of one year, and not one of those times, was I actually late. They had me all the way, in the very back of the building, where there are no nice flower bushes in front of the building, just wasps nests and stray cats.

The maintenance staff were the only people there that did their jobs, my A/C broke in the middle of the summer, and after calling the maintence line, they came and fixed it within 15 minutes.

Overall, the price was way too high to have to deal with and unprofessional staff, beautilful landscaping, for only the front of the complex, and a pool where they keep the bathroom locked when the office is closed, hello would you like us to pee in the pool'
