HORRIBLE!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I've lived here a year and have found it to be the most uncaring community I have ever been in. My neighbors are drunk and loud nightly. I continue to complain to management and they say it is "my responsibility" to take care of it. Even the police have given up here. It is a dangerous, noisy, filthy place to live.
