Before you move here or anywhere else familiarize yourself with your rights as a renter and the responsibilty of your landlord. You can find more information on that topic here: http://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.html or under Florida State Statutes.
Once you know your rights... feel free to move here, everyone needs a place to live. BUT YOU CAN FIND WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER elsewhere. Just look at truley fancy places in the orlando area, with free weight rooms, beautifully kept pools and
spas. Some have clubhouses, cabanas, movie theatres and yes, bowling alleys and pool rooms and YES they are cheaper.
One place I saw has a policy where they WILL fix your maintenance problem in 24hours, if not they credit your account per day. If that were the case here... 13 months of a leaking ceiling 2 months of a broken air conditioner? That would have been a great monthly deal.
Those are only 2 of the NUMEROUS issues we had here, and we're still having here to this day.

...and which places had these policies of 24 hours or account credit? i'm looking seriously for a place and having a difficult time finding affordable and quality in the same sentence.
