I'm not sure what all the fuss is about, Reflections is just fine. Is it amazing? No, but really, you shouldn't expect anything amazing for the price. I looked at many apartment communities in the area and this was definitely the best. The police say Regency Oaks is full of gang violence, Signal Point is under construction and outdated, and most of the other places were either gross or too expensive.
I believe Reflections is under new management and they are currently working on putting in new cabinets and appliances in the kitchens, which are VERY NICE. Cherry cabinets and black appliances and finally walls and baseboards that are different colors. The noise level is typical of any apartment complex and doesn't keep me up at night. I never feel unsafe and the gates are rather ridiculous and not needed. The groups are kept up well and there's lots of birds to see. The ponds do smell in the evenings, but this isn't uncommon for ponds. There are actually a lot of fish and turtles living in them. Maintenance is swift and has handled my issues by the next day. I never have a problem finding a parking spot, it really depends on which building you live in, but a little walking doesn't hurt.
There are fancier places around but they cost more money. If you are looking for a decent price and nice place to live, check out reflections.

seldom - you must work there because this place is a dump. For the price I pay $780.00 for a 1/1 ummm,,, that's a lot; look at how much the nice, clean apts in Winter Park, Maitland and Winter Springs go for. The same or less. The gates are ALWAYS broken what world do you live in, cherry cabinets my tush, nasty old appliances.
The person who wrote the above review must work for this company. No sane person living here would ever write this.

Um, no, I do not work there, I don't even live in Florida anymore. My review was my honest opinion when I lived there and I can't account for what it's like now. I paid around $600 for my studio unit and my apartment did in fact have cherry cabinets and black appliances. As you will read in my review I note that NOT ALL UNITS had those features but that mine did, and I liked that. Just because you don't like your apartment doesn't make my opinion suddenly invalid. Obviously I am an actual renter because unlike you, I'm not afraid to have an actual account and to I review all of my apartments when I move out.
