I've been here for 1year 3months and I wish I hadn't renewed my lease. Its true that this isn't the worse place to live but it seems that the office staff has gotten worse. I ask questions and never get a reply. If you call the maintenance phone service they never respond or call back. I had to call four times in a day to get someone to come look at my a/c unit and it only worked for 3 days then the same thing happend again. When explaining this to the worker in the office she acted like I was being a jerk for stating that this keeps happening. Someone wrote about the bedroom being 8-10 degrees hotter then the rest of the place..This is so true. The place is noisy from time to time (I'm guilty of this) but its an apartment. If you want privacy get a house. My neighbors never complain though. The thing I don't like most is it seems AMICO doesn't have a grasp on whats going on and if you call them you get no help. I wanted to move into a vacant downstairs apartment and was willing to pay the $500 but I was told that I would have to wait 30days and it might get rented and the only way to insure that I could get it was to pay rent on both apartments. ARE YOU KIDDING ME' This apartment was upgraded and $200/mo cheaper then mine. I even offered to pay the same rent on the new apartment and they wouldn't go for it. In the meanwhile this apartment was vacant for 4months. Real smart Reflections. If I had to make a suggestion to them I would tell them to treat each person like individuals. I deserve to have a/c and if I want to upgrade and sign a new lease you should want that for me. That makes me want to stay. Its AIMCO's silly little rules that make me want to move out. Maybe the staff would help if they could but its hard to believe when nobody does anything.

you're a jerk! You obviously are a pain in the butt or they would help you! I have lived here since 2004 and I have never had problems except for a few niosy neighbors much like yourself! Stop having parties and worry about paying your dang rent on time, when your lease is up move out!!!! The good residents like me don't want bad residents like you living here anyway! You make our community look bad!

Thanks for reading one line of my review and not even getting that right. I have not had one party. My rent is paid on time. Sounds like you listen as closely as the staff. No wonder your happy here.
