Wow where do I begin.... I'll start with the good things about this apartment complex since the list is short. There is ample amount of parking, so if you have an extra vehicle or boat you will be fine. Good size swimming pool, although hot tub is usually broken. The location is convient to everything. I got new appliances in my 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. That is it for postive, told you it will be short. I'm going to list the negative aspects of the apartment community since it is long. Smells very bad constantly due to the wetlands behind the community plan on increasing your rent to candles and incents, dog sh** everywhere not joking, crime is high to prove it my motorcycle was stolen 2 weeks after I got it ''', hear car alarms going off weekly, gates never work not really a gated community, staff does not respond to concerns of yours nor will you hear back from them, you pretty much get ignored, plan on renting a storage unit because there is no storage in the apartment not even a linen/ towel closet, don't know why they have dumpsters because trash is normally laying all around them, have to pay to use the fitness area which has absolutly the worst equipment and not much of it 5 or 6 machines, don't know if you classify that as a fitness area. Anyways that is about it. Can't wait till my lease is up, rather go through the moving process again than to renew my lease, that should tell you something. Good luck apartment hunting.
