Reflections is over priced, and dirty..it reeks of odors due to the swamp that is near by...you pay for water!! that smells like its coming straight from the lake...the lease consulants are very inconsiderate and unorganized ...late fees occur even after you pay your rent on time... if you don't follow up with them you would be paying way more then what you expected...you have to be constantly on them to get something fixed ...there are no good advantages living at Reflections...if you like to throw your money away and love foul odors this is the place for you...and I'm from NY...
thank God my lease is up in December...

This place is a dump, I can't wait until my lease is up. The foul smell in the parking lot, the nasty staff, the loud noise, the car alarms, the loud music from people in the parking lot all hours of the night, the roaches and ants ... oh and don't get me started on the staff they are idiots and useless. The staff will lie, lie and lie again to your face, I'd say get everything in email from them but even with that they won't honor it. I am on a month to month agreement I have an email from them stating my rent for Dec should be $969 (this is for a small 1/1) I paid the $969 on Dec 5th I had a nasty letter on my door telling me that I owed them $200 more plus a late fee. The office refused to honor what the email said because that person had no right to email me ... that's what I was told. I refused to pay anymore money and now I'm sure this is on my credit.
