The worst living experience that I have ever had!

If you are considering moving here reconsider. Although it may look like it, with it's little ponds and ducks, it IS NOT SAFE. I have seen numerous drug deals, fighting and yelling and screaming at all hours of the night, between drug dealers. The police are ALWAYS here arresting someone. I have personally seen 6 people being arrested on 6 separate occasions within a year. I have had my car broken into. I have seen a SWAT team have to go into a building after an armed individual in the building next door. I have heard that someone was killed here and the murderer was never found (not a known fact), and the list goes on. I cannot understand why and how these individuals are allowed to live here or how they are approved in the first place. The management will allow anyone to live here. Which brings me to the management. When they feel like answering the phone or returning calls, they are outright rude. They will be extremely friendly before you sign your lease, but afterwards they are not concerned with anything you need. They are the rudest group of staff I have ever dealt with anywhere. I was called names to my face at one point in time. I don't know how many times I was in the office and overheard the manager and her assistant talking horribly about other tenants. I am not a bitter individual and I am not holding any grudges but there is a difference between being professional and just being disrespectful. Maintenance was pretty good when they were not held up by the office staff trying to pinch a penny. Anyway, if you don't believe anything in this message check with the Casselberry Police Dept. they have to give you a report on any rental property your are considering. Oh yeah, one other thing about that. They say they have an officer that lives here he moved out because he could never sleep because he was getting called so much. And I will confirm, as I seen on other posts, the security gates never work.

Wow...when did the SWAT team come and what building was it? I live there so I'd like to know....

It was sometime in July I think and it was in building 620 or 720. You can call the Casselberry Police Dept. and find out though.
