Becareful to know your rights when signing a lease. The lease only protects the apartment complex, not the tenant! If you think that because the office is forcing you into leaving the complex and that they are responsible for terminating the lease, think again. Even if they are throwing you out, they consider the tenant to be breaking the lease and will have to pay the appropriate fines! The rent is cheap and inside the apartment is nice. However, parking is horrible and insects are a serious problem. Also, don't hold your breath while waiting on maintanence to fix a problem because you'll probably lose consciousness!! If you care about the environment, could be a problem here because the management office is not concerned with the littering problem, especially in the lakes.
