I have been at Sandpiper for a month and I haven't experienced any of the stuff that those other folks have...I have had maintainence issues and as soon as I advised them, it was corrected if not that day the same day!

We had an infestation where we were before but now I don't see anything and I am glad to come home and see the little sticky on the counter letting me know that pest control was done.

I was working 2 jobs and left at 1 in the morning and came back at 5 in the morning and never felt threatened at all...it is quiet and peaceful.

I am glad that I found them for the price and the space, you can't beat it.
