Staff was pleasant. I did have two small dogs that did not adjust well to the apartment life. I know that the carpet in the small living room area did need to be replaced. My dogs were not allowed in any other rooms.

I had to schedule a walkthrough. (This was with Dee). After the walkthrough Dee stated everything looks good. At the end of the walkthrought I was informed by Dee that the final walkthrough would be done by Julie. Not only did my family come in and clean, I personally came afterwards and cleaned everything before my walkthrough with Dee. I had paid a deposit and an additional pet deposit. Of course when I had to give up my lease early I was willing to give up my deposit and my pet deposit. But now Savannah Trace is turning me over to a collection agency because they want me to pay an additional $2,916.58.
One day I was infested with ants. I went to the office and complained. The result was Dee went to the back room and got a can of ant killer out of a large supply.

I think that the staff was very nice in the beginning but I was completely missled about the cost of breaking my lease. I did not have any problem loosing my deposits, but now they are attempting to impose additional charges.
