I don't mind this place...the management is really nice and accommodating, the neighbors are quiet and it seems really safe. The actual apartments are iffy at best, kind of run down and ugly. I have a one bedroom and it's VERY small, too small for a couple in my opinion, theres borderline no closet space and to live comfortably you should be 5'5 at max. It's cheap but they do raise rent a lot. They allow 1 pet (However could probably convince them to add another) it's 200 dollars per pet deposit but no monthly addition to your rent. I do believe there is a size max of 20 pounds, so pet has to be really small. Overall it is much cheaper than other apartments in all of metro Orlando/altimonte from what I've seen and it's a nice place to live given problems I enjoy it and plan to stay for awhile.
