It's cheap compared to area places. It's safe, quiet but the apartments are old. The two bedrooms are much better than the one bedrooms. There is a lot more room and well worth the extra money. We have lived here two years and never had any problems. I would recommend it for someone who wants to live simple and save money. Everyone keeps to themselves.There are NO ammenities except laundry facilities but the 2 br have w/d hookups.
