it's a very nice area...quit, safe and conveniently located near orlando, altimonte and winter park. the staff is helpful and nice, though maybe a bit rigid and eccentric at times. they do a good job fixing things and in a relatively timely manner. i gave my four highest ratings to safety, parking, noise and staff. i already addressed the staff, and safety is good, again, it's a nice area and i've never seen anything crazy or stupid happen here. also, all the surrounding home developments are much nicer and this is not a crime ridden area. there's plenty of parking and the lighting could be a bit better but is adequate. overall, the noise level is good, no loud neighbors screaming outside and no drama in the streets. my only complaint with noise comes from the quality of the apts. being that the walls are thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you might be occasionally disturbed. the biggest turn-off here is how cheap the units feel. the floors and wall are thin, and the buildings just look pretty cheap. the landscaping is dull and uninspired. so, overall, this is a great place to live if you are on a tight budget but do not expect any extras because there are none. it's safe, quiet and very inexpensive compared to other places that provide as high level of safety and quietness. i would totally recommend spring tree village apts. to anyone looking to save money and not needing all the bells and whistles of other places.
