I have lived at Sunshadow for 4 years and have had a series of things both good and bad happen. I lived in a one bedroom at first and the only problems we had there was the AC broke once and was fixed within 24hrs, and there was a small leak caused by a storm that was fixed right away. Then in 2002 we moved from the 1 bedroom to a two bedroom, we had a "rodent" in our apartment that actually looked like a pet of one of the other tenants, if there was an infestation then we would have seen more, especially after living in the two bedroom for 2 years now, and we still live here. The property maintence has improved over the years. I first moved in 3 days after ConAm took them over and ConAm turned the property around for the good. A new management company just took over this month so we will see if it continues to stay as it has been. **Also on a good note when hurricane charley hit we had a few trees down, but my power never even flickered, so we have good grounded wires.****

So, you think that because you only saw one rodent that it must have been somebody's PET that escaped and somehow got into your apartment? Oh man, are you NAIVE.
