Sunshadow has been my home for 9 years. Yes I may be crazy but the price is right and its convient for me. I have had several conversation with the manager Kim and she is fair , honest and direct unlike several past managers who told you what you wanted to hear and then never followed through. Anyone who reads these reviews and lives in apartments know that the only ones that complain are the ones that are the PROBLEM!! good ridens to these- I hope they all move out!! My home is much better that we have someone that cares about the property and enfirces rules!!

The only ones that complain are the problems:????? Your so stupid kim, thats the attitude that made all of these people rate you and your crappy apartments at such a low score.

Nine years. You're so full of it. You notice how the "positive" posts all mention extraordinarily long tenancies, like 7 to 9 years? That's because the owner may be looking at his complex on this site and the management is posting what the owner wants to see -- RENEWED LEASES, RENEWED LEASES!
