Anyone who has lived in apartments obsivously knows that management of the property can only do what their boss lets them do!! Sunshadow has been my home for 2/1/2 years. Price is good and the management is one of the best changes I've ssen since I moved in. If only everyone would take care of the place like the team of Sunshadow is trying to do this place would be great. Many just do not care and litter the place. Great lakes and lots of parking. Keep up the good work Sunshadow.

Sorry, but responding to maintenance requests late or not at all is not under the control of the owner. The owner just gets the money. The manager is the one who "manages" the staff, who are supposed to do their job in a timely fashion. No owner tells the manager to give a 7 day turnaround time for maintenance requests. That comes from inefficiency and the inability to hire good people to work for you to do the jobs you send them out to do.
