I moved into Sunshadow in the summer of 2002. We had someone break in our apartment through the patio door just months after moving in. The office staff was helpful enough to let us switch from that apartment to another one located on the opposite side of the complex within one week. However, during that one week, it took the maintainance numerous trips out to repair the lock on my patio door, and I was fearful that the men would return. Overall stay was peaceful. I did like the complex when we moved in back in 2002. You could use the gym at any hour unlike now when you have to wait for maintainance to unlock it at 6am (and they are never on time). The office staff was also much friendlier and helpful when we moved in vs when we moved out. I thought it was unfortunately that Brian left. He was the best. We did have a little bit of a cockroach problem, but it was minimal. I think the person who wrote the review 08/23/04 moved into our old apartment in Building 10. Our original lease was $599 and shot up by $50 for the 2nd year which we weren't happy about. The place I would recommend. I thought it was a wonderful community. I would just be wary of the management and policies surrounding gym and pool use.

You were targeted for a break in because the gang there that does it watches for all the new people moving in with their trucks and then you're the next person on the list to rob. They already robbed everybody else. LOL
