They towed my car because they said my tag was expired when it wasn't! Even though I could prove that I had just registered my car a month prior, I still had to pay $185 to get my car back. Sunshadow Apartments are incredibly shady! My car was also broken into one night in the parking lot and they stole everything, $3,500 worth of stuff! This is a very bad neighborhood.
The women in the office are VERY rude and difficult to talk to, beware of Kim. She is not only a jerk to her customers, but to the maintence people as well. It seems like all of those women are PMSing 24/7.
Moved into a dirty smelly apartment with broken windows and a couple of leaks in the ceiling, when it rains hard outside, it rains inside my bedroom as well. All of the doors break easily. My dishwasher and toliet are still broken after they claimed to have fixed them twice. I am a neat freak, I keep my apartment spotless and I still have roaches, ants, lots of weird little bugs I've never seen before, and lizards inside. They do have 2 pools here, but they are never clean.

New Owners took over in August and I see a major improvement in everything at Sunshadow. Management has always been professional and yes they do enforce the rules that's why I continue to live there. This will be my third year!! All the girls in the office are quite helpful You know only the guilty ones seem to write complaints. I always refer my friends to live here. It gets better evey year that I"m here!

Its obvious georgiagirl96 isnt happy with anyone- residents that live at Sunshadow know that not only the roofs are done, but their is a new fitness center, new playground, new pool furniture a swell as grills. She needs to get a life and stop complaining. We wish she would move to. I know for a fact her car was not tagged because she told someone-lies get around. Maybe she needs to go back to Georgia!!

Actually its funny, "samat" is the liar, because I don't even know one person that lives in Sunshadow, or even has lived in Sunshadow, except for my boyfriend and I. So IF I had lied, which I didn't, I would not have anyone to tell anyways. And why would I lie about that?!? It was the whole reason I decided to go on this site and complain, that is what it is here for, to inform people of what really goes on at apartments, before they move in. But nice try any ways :) You have no clue who I am, so don't pretend like you do. Sounds like you're the one who needs a life.
