Just moved out, and so glad to leave. Sunshadow keeps claiming that they are making improvements, but the place is not getting any better. I wouldn't recommend Sunshadow apartments as a real safe place to live either. Plus, the ladies in the office are also difficult to deal with when there are conflicts with the customers. At first they are real friendly, but does not last long. Last year I adopted a kitten and then two days later, someone left our door open and it ran away :( I was very upset, and I made signs to put up around the neighborhood. After I put up the signs, Kim and another girl came after me in their golf cart seriously yelling at me for putting up the signs. They stood there yelling at me until I started crying and walked off...then they followed me in their little cart and kept bugging me, telling me to go home, that they didn't know who I was and I didn't live here.....Those stupid girls....the prissy one driving was the one that sold me into renting here.

I was in the golfcart with the ladies in the office touring that day and nobody did any yelling at all. All I saw was that they do keep the property neat and enforce the rules. I'm sure this resident did'nt pay the proper fees to keep the cat or she would have know there is a big box to keep notices in for lost pets. Just another one that doesn't obey the rules. That was exactly my reason to rent there after I experienced that. Everyone was extremely professional about the situation and the way it was approached.

The reason I rented here was because the first question I asked was were the rules and regulations enforced. Been there and did that at others where nothing was enforced. the place looked like a ghetto with flyers, trash and everything else all over. Im sure her neighbors are glad shes gone too, and the apartment was probably trashed because its obvious she doesnt care. Did she forget this place is owned by someone other than herself. Hope she got herself a house so she can live like she wants to. no other Landlord wants people like her there and her neighbors dont either.

You can tell tfoxe and dliett are office staff. What other tenets would know or even care so much about the situation? It shows that the office staffis as just as ignorant as they say. If you were doing your job you wouldn't have time for this. How about just focusing on my broken AC unit!

In reference to the response from dliett, you sound like you work in the office and are trying to make yourselves look good. How do you know you were there on the day she is talking about while referencing her experience with the flyers? She does not even have a date listed! tfoxe, I think you work there too..
